A healthy, homemade, alternative to the frozen seasoned potato fries you find in the grocery store. These have healthy oils and spices, and sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin A. This could also be done with regular potatoes if you do not have sweet potatoes. Even if you don’t like sweet potatoes as a rule, you might like these so it’s worth trying once. I absolutely can not stand the way most people make sweet potatoes, by adding sweet sauces to them such as maple syrup. I love them with a little spice however. Let me know what you think.

4 large Sweet potatoes
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, enough to lightly coat sweet potatoes
