Triple A Sandwich

This is a warm sandwich with lots of green, a nice rustic texture and a slightly tart, and at the same time sweet and buttery flavor. The three A’s in this sandwich are Arugala, Asparagus and Avocado, but there there are other great ingredients as well.  I bend my rules a little with this sandwich and use Tempeh as a bacon substitute.  I do use substitutes from time to time but not often. Juice from half a Lemon

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Salt
